O u r T o w n. O u r C h i l d r e n. A formal application including documentation of need is required for all assistance consideration, and approved grants are paid directly to providers. The ECAF gives special consideration to families connected to Elmhurst, either through residence or employment, in the granting of requests. If you are or someone you know is seeking assistance from ECAF, please proceed to the Application for Assistance page and download the PDF document provided.
